Vivo has quietly listed the Vivo V70 Lite 4G in select Eurasian markets, bringing an unusual combination of a massive battery, AMOLED display and high-level durability to a 4G smartphone. The device is currently appearing on Vivo’s Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan websites, although pricing and wider availability have yet to be announced.
The biggest highlight is its 8,100mAh battery, paired with 44W wired charging. Vivo says the battery has a typical capacity of 8,100mAh and a rated capacity of 7,920mAh. The phone also carries IP68 and IP69 protection, giving it resistance against dust and water under specified laboratory conditions.
The V70 Lite 4G features a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a 1,260 x 2,800 resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. It also includes an optical in-display fingerprint scanner, 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and either 128GB or 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage.
However, the major catch is the processor. Instead of the more powerful hardware found in Vivo’s 5G variant, the V70 Lite 4G uses the Unisoc T7300, a 4G-only 6nm chipset. Vivo’s official specifications list an eight-core processor with two cores clocked at 2.2GHz and six at 2.0GHz.
The camera setup includes a 50MP primary rear camera paired with a 2MP depth sensor, while a 32MP camera handles selfies. The phone runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 and is available in blue and white finishes.
The V70 Lite 4G’s specifications make its positioning particularly interesting. It prioritizes battery capacity and durability rather than 5G connectivity or high-end processing power. Vivo also claims more than 680,000 points in AnTuTu for the platform, suggesting that the T7300 is intended to provide adequate performance for everyday applications and entertainment.
The device is currently listed through Vivo’s regional websites in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, but the company has not announced official pricing or confirmed a broader international rollout.
For buyers who prioritize multi-day battery life, a high-refresh-rate AMOLED screen and strong water and dust protection, the V70 Lite 4G could be an interesting option. However, users looking for 5G connectivity and stronger performance may need to consider Vivo’s higher-spec alternatives.
